Do you only edit wedding photos?

We are happy to edit any professional images. We have tons of experience with portraits, maternity sessions, newborns boudoir, fashion, bar/bat mitzvahs, quinceaneras, sweet sixteens, travel photography, real estate images, and more!

 

How do I submit files?

Anyway you’d like. Our preferred method is to upload your images to the secure and private server space that we will provide to you upon opening your account.  For those clients whose internet connection is not fast enough to support an upload, we can introduce you to some cool technical tricks (lossy DNGS) to speed that up, or you can use Dropbox, otherwise mailing in a flash hard drive or thumb drive is the next best option. DVDs are the least preferred option, but are sometimes the best method for clients with slow internet connections living outside the US.

How do I receive completed files?

You will be able to download your completed files directly from the private server space we provide. For those clients not using our artistic editing services, you may opt to simply download the (very small) .xmp files or Lightroom catalog and then quickly generate the edited jpegs on your own computer.

 

Can I submit a specific request on an individual order?

Of course! All of our work for you is completely customized, so if you need to have us handle any of your orders differently than normal, we are always happy to accommodate.

What is your minimum order?

There is a $25 minimum order. However, you are always welcome to combine images from multiple shoots to help meet that minimum.

 

What do I need to commit to?

There is no commitment. No monthly fees, no hidden charges. Simply the best editing service combined with the best customer service. Guaranteed!

What if I’m not happy with the results?

Tell us right away! Often if a new client has problems with one of their first orders, we can quickly identify a technical issue that is to blame (monitor calibration, files that have been renumbered resulting in xmp data not matching up, etc.) If the issue requires us to rework the files to reach your satisfaction, we will always do that happily (and at no charge) as long as you let us know about the problem right away.

How much does it cost to use your services?

Each service is charged for individually, so you only pay for exactly what you need on each order. The details are on our services page, but let us assure you that we have some of the most competitive pricing without any sacrifice in quality or service.

How do I get started?

Click on the Get Started link above and give us your basic contact information. We will get you all the information you need to allow you to get your first order started in as little as one business day.

 

What is your turn-around time?

Typically ~4-5 business days on most services. This sometimes slows down to ~6-7 business days for a few peak weeks at the end of the summer, but if you ever need an order back by a specific date, just let us know and we will always do our best to make it happen. Helping make you look good to your clients is our goal.
