How is Lavalu different from a company like Pictage?
Lavalu is completely different. We are a totally customized workflow solution for the successful photographer. Here you are one of a chosen few, and your work will receive the level of detailed care that it deserves. We are not an online hosting company – you may choose to host your images wherever you’d like – we could simply be uploading them for you. We are not a lab – you may continue to use your favorite lab or have us make your prints at our preferred lab ProDPI. We are not an album company – when we design an album for you, you may have that album bound at whichever company you like best, or have us send the design to our preferred album company Finao. And most importantly, we are completely invisible to your client. Your brides and grooms speak only to you, and need never know we exist. We are your silent partners, helping you be the superhero that gets their images looking incredible just in the nick of time. You will wonder how you ever survived without us.
I need to outsource something and it is not on your services list. Can you still help me?
Have we mentioned everything is customized? It’s really true! You let us know what you need and we will do everything we can to meet your needs.
Is there any way for my clients to know that I am using your services?
Only if you tell them. We are completely invisible to your clients.
Is there any way for my competitors to know that I am using your services?
Only if you tell them! While we certainly encourage you to refer your friends to us and let others know if you are happy with our services, we do not reveal our client list to anyone.
I use a special Photoshop action that I don’t want to give you because it is my signature style – what should I do?
Just relax – there is nothing to worry about. Anything unique that passes through our doors from one of our clients, whether it is a Photoshop action, a font, a pose, or a photographic technique is held in the utmost of confidence and will never be shared with our other clients. This is one of the ways we ensure that we do not homogenize our clients.

Do you only process wedding images?
We have several clients who are solely portrait or commercial photographers and do not photograph weddings at all. We are happy to help you with any of facet of your photography business.

Can I afford to use Lavalu’s services?
Yes! Lavalu’s services were designed with the reality of the wedding photography business in mind and prices are completely customized to fit the level of workflow that you need! Start earning what you are worth, by making your money from photography – not by being a color corrector and graphic designer! Think of it this way – would you rather do all of the post production work for your summer wedding season, or would you rather simply shoot one extra wedding in that time to cover the cost of all of that work being done for you! Outsourcing the non-photography tasks in your business is the only way to actually make more money without doing any more work. Frankly, you can’t afford to not use us!
How much will it cost exactly?
Since our services are customized, your costs for outsourcing any particular event are determined by how many images we are processing for you, and what you are choosing to have us do to those images.
